Dr. Charles David Keeling
Charles David Keeling Memorial Lecture Series
Established in 2010, the Charles David Keeling Memorial Lecture aims to honor Dr. Keeling and to recognize the high standard he set for scientific research. Dr. Keeling was the first to confirm the rise of atmospheric carbon dioxide by very precise measurements producing a data set now known widely as the "Keeling Curve." Included in the Perspectives on Ocean Science series at the Birch Aquarium at Scripps, this public lecture is given by a prominent member of the global change community able to speak on topics that reflect the legacy of Dr. Keeling's work.
More information on the lecture can be found online.
