How do I find out if the Martin Johnson House is available?

Are site visits available?

Yes, site visits can be scheduled by contacting someone at SIO Venue Rentals. We will do our best to schedule a site visit that is convenient for you.

What comes with the rental price?

The $2,500 rental includes 50 parking permits as well as six 30" x 60" tables.

How much time do I have for my event?

You will have eight (8) hours total. The eight (8) hours includes time for set-up, the actual event, and clean-up time. Events will end by 10:00pm.

What about music - either recorded or live?

Recorded or live music is fine, but should not exceed 85 decibels. An Event Manager can discuss this with you.

Can you tell me about catering?

The campus has an approved caterers list that you can choose from; no outside food or beverages can be brought into the Martin Johnson House. Caterers on the list can provide you a wide range of menus to choose from, at varying price levels to meet your budget.

What about alcohol?

Alcohol can be served, but it must be through a licensed bartending service. Your caterer can make those arrangements for you.
