My research focuses on understanding the behavior of noble gases in the subduction zone. Now, I'm particularly interested in whether noble gases are recycled into the mantle during the subduction process. I have been studying noble gases of hot springs and phenocrysts in the Izu islands and the Aegean arc (Greece).
