Bray Cruise
16 August 1995
R/V Gordon Sproul

There is only one major piece of equipment to be loaded, the towed ADCP.
It is light, less than 500 lbs. I believe we can load it with
the ship's winch. Weight distribution on the ship therefore won't
be an issue.

We plan to load the morning of the 15th.
We need to hang one light weight block (24 " dia, ~65 lbs.) on the A-frame,
spool ~200 meters of wire onto the trawl winch, and fix
load bearing points for the tow.
We expect to spend most of the day getting computers talking to
the instrument and gps and orienting first timers.
