Rose:

I was told today that the funding for the 7 days of SPROUL time
that NRL has reserved is in the hands of Annette DeSilva at ONR.

Is there an easy way you can check to make sure that these funds
really are earmarked for the SPROUL? Am I correct that you already
have a contract in place with ONR to receive these funds?

If all of this is new to Annette, let me know and I can backtrack
through the responsible people at NRL. But I think things have
been arranged.

Currently, the following blocks of time are available on the SPROUL:

   ~19-30 April

   ~1-7 June

   ~25 June - 10 July

I will stop by the ship scheduling office and provide them a ship request
form with the following tentative dates:

   25-27 April (Tues-Thurs) (3 days) 

    4-7  June  (Sun - Wed)  (4 days)

These should be adequate for the moment and will indicate serious interest
on the part of NRL for 7 total days of ship time.
