The movies won't run. Why and what can I do to make them work?

You must have the QuickTime plug-in. You can download it at http://www.quicktime.com . It is free and one of the most commonly used movie formats on the web.

I can't get the animations to work. Why?

This is another commonly used plugin which can be downloaded from http://www.macromedia.com . It is also free and a great thing to have.

How come when I press on the links nothing comes up, or an error message appears?

Most likely you are using an old browser (either Netscape 2.0 or Internet Explorer 2.0/3.0). You will benefit greatly by downloading a newer version of either browser since many web pages now use javascript and other newer features.
