Up to 16 people can live and work in FLIP's small area. They must be flexible, creative, and not mind working in crowded conditions.

They also must be willing to work high above the ocean waves on FLIP's decks and narrow booms, and climb steep stairs that join the confined spaces of FLIP's inside compartments.
